The chapel of Saint George is a sacred and historical monument located on the northeastern slope of the village, between the Church of Archangel Michael and the Chapel of Saint Paraskevi.

This church, which functions as a cemetery chapel, strongly bears the traces of its ancient origins and dates back to the 13th century or the early 14th century.

Within its premises, invaluable treasures have been found that shed light on the rich heritage of the area. Among the most notable objects is a section of the 13th-century iconostasis, as well as the strictly Byzantine-style doors that connect the chapel to past eras. For centuries, the chapel hosted a magnificent 14th-century icon depicting Saint George slaying the dragon, as well as a second icon of Saint George, painted in the 17th century by the renowned iconographer Paulos. These precious icons have been carefully restored and are permanently exhibited at the Byzantine Museum of Pedoulas.

The memory of Saint George is celebrated in the chapel every year on April 23rd.
