In 1975, the ‘Orthodox Christian Parish House’ was founded at the initiative of the late Father Charalambos Kourris. It was housed in the same location as the ‘O.H.E.N.’, opposite the chapel of Saint Onuphrius. The purchase of the plot and the construction of the building were donated by the great benefactor of the community, Michalaki Hadjioannou.

Its location is a significant advantage, as it is situated in the center of the village, within the historic core.

The Estia, as a cultural, religious, charitable, and social institution, immediately developed multifaceted activities, something innovative for that time. It hosted catechetical schools, the Christian Student Clubs known as ‘C.S.C.’, as well as the Women's Association.

Today, it operates solely as a cultural center, hosting all kinds of social and cultural events, such as lectures, screenings, and seminars. As a fully equipped multipurpose hall, it features a large courtyard, kitchen, offices, storage spaces, and a library.
